The IMPT country/region/city ownership programme is structured as a contractor agreement between IMPT (the platform operator) and the local owner (the contractor). It is not a "franchise" under US Federal Trade Commission Rule 436 in the legal/regulatory sense; the territory call walks through the exact contractual structure.
