How the application works

Book a 30-minute call with Mike English (Founder, IMPT) via Calendly.
On the call, we discuss your country, your background, the IMPT product stack relevant to your market, and what country ownership would look like in your case.
After the call, you receive a written country-specific proposal covering revenue terms, contractual structure, onboarding timeline, and the IMPT product stack you would represent.
Legal & financial review: you review the contractual documents with your own advisors. We answer any follow-up questions.
Sign & onboard: once the agreement is signed, IMPT onboards you onto the platform, brand assets, and local rollout plan.

All country-specific commercial terms — revenue rates, payment cadence, asset rights, onboarding timeline, costs — are set out in the country-specific proposal and contractual documents reviewed on the call.
